Payments
Fund your account in seconds with GCash or Maya, or use bank transfer for larger deposits.
NinoGaming Deposit is the process of funding a NinoGaming Casino partner account. Supported methods are GCash and Maya (typically instant) and Philippine bank transfer via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank (typically slower). All deposits are processed by the partner platform, denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP), and must originate from an account in the same name as the registered player to avoid KYC delays on withdrawal.
To deposit on NinoGaming, log in and open the Deposit/Wallet tab, choose GCash or Maya, enter the amount, and authorize the payment in your e-wallet app. E-wallet deposits are usually instant; bank transfer is also supported for larger amounts. Deposit from an account in your own name to avoid verification delays.
Four ways in, all in Philippine pesos. E-wallets are the fast lane; bank transfer suits bigger amounts.
Sign in on the website or app, then open the Deposit or Wallet tab.
Choose GCash as your payment method and enter the amount you want to deposit.
You'll be redirected to authorize the payment in your GCash app, or shown a QR code to scan.
Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed — no need to submit a receipt.
Maya (formerly PayMaya) works almost identically to GCash, with one difference worth knowing: Maya's in-app confirmation screen sometimes sits behind an extra biometric check, so keep the Maya app unlocked before you start.
Maya wallet limits depend on your verification tier inside Maya itself: an upgraded (fully verified) Maya account carries a substantially higher monthly transaction ceiling than a basic one. If a deposit is rejected on Maya's side, your wallet tier — not the casino — is usually the constraint.
Bank transfer is the right tool when the amount is bigger than you'd comfortably hold in an e-wallet. It's slower than GCash or Maya, and each bank behaves slightly differently:
Two universal bank-transfer rules: always save the reference number (it's your proof if anything needs manual matching), and transfer from an account in your own name — a transfer from a relative's account creates exactly the same name-mismatch problem as a third-party e-wallet.
Three separate ceilings apply to any deposit, and the lowest one wins. Understanding which layer is blocking you turns a "deposit failed" mystery into a two-minute fix:
| Platform limits | The casino's own minimum and maximum per deposit — always displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm. Minimums are low; maximums vary by method. |
|---|---|
| E-wallet limits | GCash and Maya cap monthly transactions by verification tier. A fully verified GCash account carries a much higher ceiling than a basic one — upgrade inside the GCash app if you bump into this. |
| Bank limits | Your own daily online-transfer limit, set in your bank app, plus InstaPay's per-transaction cap. Both are adjustable — the bank side in your banking app's settings. |
There's also a fourth limit worth setting yourself: a personal one. The platform's responsible-gaming settings let you cap your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposits — a hard budget that no losing streak can talk you out of. Our Responsible Gambling guide covers how.
1. The e-wallet confirmation is lagging. Most "missing" deposits are just slow callbacks. Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh your balance before doing anything else — the majority resolve themselves in that window.
2. The payment failed on the wallet side. Open GCash/Maya and check the transaction history. If the payment shows as failed or refunded there, the money never left — simply retry.
3. Insufficient wallet balance or tier limit hit. The wallet rejects silently when a transaction would breach your monthly cap. Check your GCash/Maya limits page.
4. Wrong or missing reference number (bank transfers only). Manual transfers that omit the reference can't be auto-matched. Contact support with your transfer receipt and they'll match it manually.
5. Network drop mid-authorization. If your connection died between the wallet approval and the redirect, the platform may not have received the callback. Screenshot the wallet receipt and give it 15 minutes before contacting support.
6. Genuine platform delay. Rare, but it happens during promo-day traffic spikes. If your wallet shows the payment as successful and 15+ minutes have passed, send the reference number to the 24/7 live chat — with a receipt in hand, these are resolved quickly.
The GCash/Maya confirmation screen with its reference number is your proof. With it, support can trace any deposit. Without it, you're asking them to find a needle without the haystack.
Whether your deposit triggers a bonus changes what you can do with the money afterward, so decide before you pay:
Neither choice is wrong — a bonus is extra playtime at the cost of flexibility. Just make it a choice rather than a surprise. Full bonus mechanics are covered in the registration guide.
Rule 1 — your name, your account. Deposit only from a GCash, Maya, or bank account registered to the same name as your casino account. Every payment hop checks names, and third-party deposits are the leading cause of frozen funds and forced reviews.
Rule 2 — no "deposit agents". Anyone on Facebook or Telegram offering to load your casino account "with a bonus" in exchange for a GCash send is running a scam. Real deposits happen only inside the platform's own deposit screen. There are no legitimate middlemen.
Rule 3 — set your budget before you top up. Decide the month's entertainment budget first, set it as a deposit limit in the responsible-gaming settings, and the platform will hold you to it automatically. A limit set on a calm Tuesday protects you on a tilted Friday night.
| Currency | Philippine peso (PHP) |
|---|---|
| Fastest methods | GCash and Maya — typically instant |
| Bank options | BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay/online banking |
| Receipt needed? | No for e-wallets (auto-post); save reference numbers for bank transfers |
| Platform deposit fee | Typically none (wallet/bank-side fees may apply) |
| Name matching | Required — deposit source must match your registered name |
| Minimum / maximum | Shown live on the deposit screen; varies by method |
| Bonus opt-in | Select on Promotions tab before the qualifying deposit |
| Stuck deposit support | 24/7 live chat — have your reference number ready |
Minimums vary by payment method and can change with promotions, so the deposit screen always shows the current floor before you confirm. E-wallet minimums are typically set low enough for casual play — check the exact figure on the platform rather than trusting any number a third-party site prints, including ours.
Usually seconds. GCash and Maya deposits are processed automatically — you authorize in the e-wallet app, and the platform balance updates as soon as the payment callback lands, normally before you can switch tabs. If nothing shows after five minutes, see the troubleshooting section above.
Don't. Third-party deposits break the name-match rule that payment processors enforce, and they are the single most common trigger for frozen withdrawals and forced identity reviews. Always fund your account from an e-wallet or bank account registered in your own name.
No. Bonuses are opt-in. A plain deposit with no promotion attached carries no wagering requirement — you can bet it, win, and withdraw without playthrough conditions. Only claim a bonus when you've read its terms and actually want the extra playtime.
The platform itself does not typically charge deposit fees, but your e-wallet or bank might apply its own transfer charges, and InstaPay/PESONet fees can apply to bank transfers depending on your bank. Whatever you send minus any sender-side fee is what arrives.
